Ye sir ji acha bolte hain lekin inki baat par aankh band kar vishwas nahi karein. Itni mehnat koi charity ke liye nahi karta. Apka vishwas jeet kar ap ko kisi aur ke project mein motivate karenge ye. Wahan bhi safe negative bolenge jo utna negative na ho. Bus aise hi chalta hai video ka business. Mein ek sambhavna bata raha hu. Aankh band na karein. Khuli rakhhein.

Pandey ji, agar aapne video pura nahin dekha to krapya pahle video pura dekhein aur tab batayein ki kya mein luxury ki promotion kar raha hoon ya aapko jaagruk kar raha hoon. Mera kaam samaaj ke har varg ko jaagruk karna hai, Maine koi affordable property batane ke liye ye channel nahin khola. Aap jaise log to kabhi khush nahin rah sakte. Jab mein affordable ke baare mein bataoonga tab aap jaise kuch log aakar bolenge ki ye affordable ka maal bech raha hai.

Hamne laisa lagaya hai...hame to kki dukh nahi hai...Har jagah samaya lagta hai...isme koi nayee baat nahi hai...Noida bhi to 1970 ke aas-paas ban gaya tha....aaj kitna samay lag gaya ...fir bhi YEIDA me iska adhe se bhi adha samay hi lagega ....greater Noida ko dekh lo...Kisi bhi shahr ko dekh lo....Sabr ka phal meetha hota hai...Paisa lagakar bhool jao...raat-din sapne mat dekho...😅

Sir , i appreciate you shared some negative for Gulshan this time at least. Waise luxury ki defination thoda Aur acche se defined ho sakti thi. Density ko itna value dena, urben area me sahi paimana nahi hai. Density is important but just olay 25% role, another 25% is open space and greenery in project itself,next 25% is size of appartment, (should be min 3000 sqft) and last but not the least is amanites like heated swimming pool, triple height lobbies, 1L + sqft club , per lift appartment ratio etc.
