Grind your coffee beans: Opt for a medium-fine grind size to ensure proper extraction and foam formation.

Ingredients.
70ml of purified water
16 gr of freshly ground coffee
Bialetti Brikka coffee maker
Preparation.
Grind your coffee beans. Choose a good coffee.
Add the water to the coffee pot. (as in the video)
Put the filter on it and add the already ground coffee. Press a little so that everything is compacted and the air is pressed out, cleaning the edges.
Put the top on the coffee pot
to the fire.
Wait for the coffee to rise. You will notice the thick foam. It will make a characteristic sound. From the moment it stops rising, turn it off and remove it from the heat. move the Bialetti brikka and serve

Oh ok. Pues cuando sube por completo el cafè. La quito inmediatamente y muevo en circulos como en el video. Hasta ahora eso resulta y no se me rompe la espuma. Intentalo Si te sale amargo puede ser por que se pasò de tiempo desde que estubo. No dejo que termine todo el sonido que hace al subir. Y la retiro

Me llegó ayer y no me sale espuma. Yo llene de agua la parte de abajo y moli el café torrefacto cubano. El del hombre con sombrero fumando y tomando una taza de café. Estoy decepcionada porque se me ha salido todo por el agujero de arriba. Voy a probar con menos agua. Una cosita, he leído en las instrucciones que no se debe prensar en café ni moler demasiado. Estoy hecha un lio 😅

The manual says 120ml water for one cup and 140 ml for two cups. And you put only 70ml. Is it ok? Just asking because I use the same

Hey there! Thanks for bringing this up-it's a really good question. You're right, the manual does suggest 120ml for one cup and 140ml for two cups. My approach with using only 70ml is a bit of a personal preference twist. I find that using less water, closer to the amount I used in the video, gives me a stronger and more concentrated brew, which I really enjoy. It's all about playing around with the Brikka and finding what works best for your taste. There's a bit of art to it, alongside the science, you know? If you're curious and up for a bit of experimentation, you could try adjusting the water volume like I did and see how it changes the flavor and strength for you. But of course, sticking to the manual's guidelines is also totally fine, especially if you're happy with the coffee it produces. Appreciate you watching and trying out the same techniques.
