Such a beautiful 😍 Venus! I love my Bialetti Venus Mokas, they're so pretty like industrial art. I have the 2-cup and the 4-cup Venus. 💕 It's refreshing to see your tutorial that shows the correct way to brew Moka pot "espresso." Great video! 🏆 Don't let anyone tell you to do it differently, like starting with boiling water. There's a scientific reason for each of Bialetti's instructions (they have their own Science and Engineering Department), and you did it correctly for the best flavor. ☕ 😊 99% of the Moka videos are wrong because Specialty Coffee influencers have promoted a lot of fake hacks for their own benefit, but you followed the authentic Bialetti technique! 🎉 If you want, you can turn off the flame, or even remove the Moka from the stove, the instant it begins to gurgle and let it finish brewing on your countertop from the residual heat inside the pot. I don't have a gas stove to set it over a low flame, so I use a preheated medium electric stove. But I recently bought a portable butane stove that's rated safe for indoors, and I'd like to try my Moka on it; so I also bought a wire stove trivet to set it on. That looks like a good kind of Portuguese espresso! 😋 American espressos are ground to fine for the Moka, but Italian grocery store espressos (illy, Lavazza Kimbo, Bialetti Perfetto Moka), and Hispanic espressos (Bustello, La Llave, Pilón) are ground medium-fine for the Moka. So I assume Portuguese espresso is also ground medium-fine for the Moka because every household has one. Another Moka user on RU-vid told me the American coffee, Peet's Major Dickason, is also ground for the Moka; so I tried it tonight and it's fantastic!
