Have them with Kimchi!! I've been eating these for lunch nearly everyday since I got them on sale from Costco, along with a serving of the Kimchi, balanced and very flavorful. Super convenient and very good for the price and being frozen. I mean yes if I fly back to Taiwan and have the hsiao-long-bao in a ma & pa these would seem mediocre. But here in Charlottesville? No brainer.
