G'day Scott, great video, I do appreciate your reviews. Is there a NASB 2020 out there that is large print to giant print that has an Amazing opaque consistency something around 40 gsm. I just hate bleed through. Cost is not an issue, can you please advise or recommend something. Thank you for your time. The Nasb 2020 has become my favourite bible. BTW we are getting some nice warm weather here in Australia. slightly warmer than our American Brothers are getting. We've had a long winter Down Under, so appreciate a bit of warmth.
Sorry I overlooked your comment. I hope by now that you have seen the Zondervan Premier Collection 2020 Thinline. It has nice paper, but the font is only 9 pt. Steadfast is putting out excellent Korean prints with 40 gsm paper, but that’s only for the NASB95 and the LSB.

I believe the “gender accuracy” is unnecessary, but I do not believe that it is intended to be progressive capitulation. Though they were not specifically following the Colorado Springs Guidelines, their results are within those conservative boundaries.
@@msctshrly I was listening to an interview of a lady who came out of a Christian cult. She said the men used the word "man" to prove salvation was only for men. The only way women could go to heaven was to stay submissive to this cult. She said when she read an updated translation it brought her spiritual relief. She said she understood completely now she was a child of God.
Cults will typically restrict themselves to a certain older translation of the Bible. There is a potential danger in her situation: she could keep on seeking any translation that will print whatever she wants to believe. I trust the NASB and other conservative translations. They are essentially "peer-reviewed" by Bible-believing churches, and they must pass the test in order to continue being used in their congregations. The gender accuracy issue seems unnecessary to me because for thousands of years people from innumerable cultures, including the Bible's original audiences, have able to successfully use context clues to determine whether "brethren" referred only to men or to all. I think the ambiguity of the word deserves to come across in translation as well.
