Deborah was a poet, a prophet and a judge at a time when it was very counter-cultural to have a woman in power. The narrative of her strength and courage leaves us with valuable insights to subsume into our Christian character. Six principles we can incorporate into our own lives from the life of Deborah. 1) You can lead beyond expectation or your day job 2) God will help you manage all that He calls you to. 3) Learn how to share the stage. 4) Find your team and promote them 5) Seek to be known for obedience, wisdom and courage not your connection. 6) In all your choices pave the way to Christ.

I am a guy and I was really inspired by Deborah's story of how she had all those responsibilities and still managed to serve the Lord for his will to be done. Great teaching I learned a lot.

Greetings in Jesus Miss Hannon. I was very surprised by what you had to say about Ja'el's act. I keep up now and then with videos on this passage and I must say - I am impressed! Seldom have I heard such wisdom as I have here, in the simple acknowledgment that, an end doesn't always justify the means. I've spent a great deal of my life trying to prove the severity of this act of deceit. It's been kind of a struggle for more reasons than I can explain here, but I thank you for the video, sister. 🙂
