The issue is Democrats don’t like Biden the way republicans like Trump. It’s a lot harder to convince people to vote for someone they don’t think is fit for office to “protect democracy” vs people voting for who they actually want. All these people bitched their way through two primaries about how Bernie Sanders was "too old" only to vote for a man the exact same age, clearly in advancing stages of Alzheimer's al the way back in 2019, and spend 4 years telling us he's really only 30 and has a photographic memory. Meanwhile we could be in a 7th year of a Sanders administration with universal healthcare, housing rights and $15 minimum wage-- not to mention *not* be fomenting nuclear wars with Russia and the middle east. Democrats and the Media need to just focus and stop the useless discussions about considering what to do about Biden. Biden is the best person for the presidency at this time, and it’s not even close how much better of a candidate he is in comparison to the alternative. Time is of the essence and we don’t have the luxury of continuing to perseverate about an inconsequential debate. We (Democrates, Republicans, and Independents) MUST consolidate our support toward ensuring that the current OUTSTANDING President Joe Biden and his administration are reelected so that we can perserve our democracy. The issue is that it was the Biden campaign that setup this whole narrative, not democratic voters. The Biden campaign wanted a debate prior to the convention, the Biden campaign constructed the narrative that the reason Biden should be the nominee is because he has the best possibility of beating Trump.

I agree democracy need to get agrip. I certainly never changed my support of Joe Biden. That said this also highlights the psychology of people who are attracted to the Democrat Party versus those attract the Republican Party. Those people can get behind a criminal because they like most low empathy, people do not react to fear stimuli the way, more emotional and compassionate people do. In conjunction with little to no empathy looks like that usually don’t have much of a conscience and not have no problem supporting a criminal. Johnson was going to lose badly. That's most of the reason he stepped down. The problem with '68 is the democratic establishment made a terrible move in selecting the incumbent VP, Hubert Humphrey, an uninspiring candidate, instead of flipping the script. That doesn't have to be the case here. Dems actually have some good new, young, dynamic governors that haven't even been introduced to the nation yet. This country is DYING for someone new. In the case of Harris the Republicans will continue to attack her on open borders and inflation. A new team of president and vice president would neutralize that argument. Only problem is that a brand new ticket will not be able to use the money raised by the Biden-Harris team.

MSNBC, *I suggest you check out how in New Zealand, Dame Jacinda Ardern, became leader of the Labour Party.. during a NZ General Election Campaign (as the Labour Party Leader, Andrew Little, was so bad in the polls, and Ardern was the elected Deputy Leader) .. Ardern REPLACED Little, when the Labour Party decided! Little resigned, even with the billboards and lawn signs out!!* She, then at age 37, became the Elected NZ Prime Minister from 2017 to 2023 (was re-elected with as mandate in Pandemic) until she decided to resign. (That was her choice. NZ leaders tend to resign after 2 terms, like PM John Key before her.) *This POTUS Biden matter is not just a 'Left v Right or Red v Blue' matter, This is a World Politics matter! HARRIS has to better than Biden! At least Harris can Debate!*

Explains, in part, why brilliant Hillary Clinton lost to Trump in 2016.
