You know what's way, way worse than the whole world laughing at the USA? If the USA hadn't given Ukraine military aid, as would happen under Trump. At the end what matters is Biden despite his dementia did the right thing by signing bills to help Ukraine. I'm quite happy that the USA is a country where the president doesn't need to have the appearance of a strong man.
