its about time. never understood how the airlines had so much power and leverage over the customers in this area especially when they are the ones that cancelled my flight and only give me credit to use in the future. no give me back my money.

Biden could cure cancer, solve world hunger, and bring about world peace and the GOP media machine would tell their followers that the sky is falling and keep them angry. Meanwhile on the progressive side - we have no problem calling out Biden on his flaws while also celebrating wins. Great help...for those who can afford to fly. Doesn't affect most. They really need to do something about the insurance industry. They are fleecing Americans and a most disgusting pace. Insanely greedy people and we just take it.
Booked one flight months ago but found a cheaper option to change my flights same weekend. They gave me credit to use that never expired and got the lower fare flights booked.
Exactly. Now even more layoffs are coming. And it’s not the generation that’s about to retire that gets laid off. It’s the new employees who are trying to take the torch, separating the retirement gap even more.
Awesome and when the airlines all get together and increase the cost of tickets...you all be the first to cry...as a retired pilot we never controlled the weather or mechanical problems, glad iam out of that rat race,remember if you pray for rain you also gotta deal with the mud 😂
People outside the industry don’t know how much this is going to force airlines to take more risks. Fresh pilots and mechanics are going to cut corners to avoid delays so they don’t get laid off. With the near-misses we’ve been having, a major accident is no longer a matter of if, but a matter of when.
