I am sensitive to revolving cashpolitical donations, so obviouly a system in place that would drive government contract values up, by favoring companies in ones district, creating more tax generation, limiting the contractor pool, allowing those in the district to increase margins to then ease larger political donations is a loop ripe for corruption, regardless of intent. Back to a municipality, they need to measure what a increase in min wage means to the companies inside thier municipalities as they are impacting thier competitive position and may drive companies out, reducing thier tax intake and may reduce the public opinion, wage law descisions need to have political impacts for what I stated prior.
