The 5 points he madea bout having a supply tsar, banking regulation etc. are all policy. However Biden is in the odd position of not having a formal governmental role and he talked in the past that he doesn't think its right to be out there talking about all the policies that should be in place during a crisis if he cannot act on it and it only serves to undermine those who are in a position currently to get things done. Here's the problem though.. The "evil" owns the mainstream media. Most mainstream media is owed by only 6 families.. Meaning if we did have a candidate for the people it wouldn't be beneficial to the rich elite that control the media. So the mainstream media would do everything in their power to make you hate any candidate that was for you and the people. Even if there was a candidate for the people, few people would even know it.

I think you misunderstood that phrase. Biden was referring to the Great Depression, WWI & II, and if he becomes president the country will recover and come out better than before. The administration we have right now is a mess to put it mildly, but hopefully we'll have a new one in November.
