It will get overturned with the rest of the cases. It is being fought by gun rights groups on grounds of it being unconstitutional. The more important cases are the tax ivasion cases. It's awful convenient that the cases that would have implicated his father were allowed to expire, before they charged him.

Hunter had two full siblings. A sister under 10 who died with his mother in a car crash & a war hero who died of cancer. One innocent & one hero & they are not with us. But Hunter is. Remember: he had closeness with his brothers widow. Sleeping Joe outlived 2 kids out of 5. That does something to you. That does not excuse him being bad at his job & is bad for this nation.

He doesn’t deserve any real hard time or any real length of time. This is his first offense and it was nonviolent. He has no pass criminal history. But when he comes up on his tax cases, he will then be a criminal and he might get time there because he will have a history.
