Biden doesn't make his own decisions, his handler does. He can't find his way off the stage, he shakes hands with dead people, and his uncle was eaten by cannibals. Sometimes he says he was raised in a Black neighborhood; other times he says he was raised in a Puerto Rican neighborhood. Most of the time I honestly cannot make out what he's mumbling. Half way through his incomprehensible muttering, he seems to forget what he was about to say. I know he does, because he finishes his sentences with, "Never mind." Overrun borders, violence and property theft out of control, out of control prices, China out of control, Russia out of control, jihadists infiltrating our campuses. I don't get a sense of security from the guy who's supposed to be running things now.
