Most of the cash is coming into the Democratic Party, not Biden specifically. It's totally misleading to interpret that as support for the top of the ticket. If anything, I think the opposite is true; the process of replacing Biden will be expensive, and aware donors want to ensure the party is best positioned to do whatever needs to be done.
