President Biden addressed the nation from the White House following special counsel Robert Hur's report on his handling of classified documents as vice president. The special counsel found Mr. Biden "willfully" disclosed classified documents, but did not bring criminal charges against him.

How is an intent to keep documents, refuse to turn them over and purposely hide them from the FBI and National Records archives, legal? Intent and obstruction make a big difference. We still don't know if Trump has hidden documents. He had the locks changed on a storage cupboard the day his lawyer was to search for them. There are security videos of his co-conspirator moving boxes before his lawyer did the search. Like Pense, Biden had records that were moved that no one made sure they did not accidentally have classified documents mixed with other records

The hour was late for an elderly person. What the world watched was a classic case of "sun downing". Elders with mental incapacity are cranky, agitated, and volatile. Another sign was the childlike lip quivering, pouting. His schedule was thrown as he was probably forced to make this speech too late in his day and we witnessed the real problems wth this man.
