Rule #1 about speech giving: NO YOUR DAMN AUDIENCE!!!!, If Biden didn't know about Chuck Graham he should have known before he gave that speech. You don't give speeches and ask people to stand etc. unless you see them first and give them some kind of hint they are going to be called out. That is just proper etiquette and manners.
