UNITED STATES MARINE: (2-A Rights?) 50 YEARS AGO, I received my DUI 3rd offense. Ironically, all three offenses happened in the same year that I was honorably discharged and were Non-Violent offenses, VOID OF VICTIM, INCIDENT, ACCIDENT, and without DAMAGED PARTY. After serving (6) years as a young Marine during the Iranian crisis (1979), before meeting my wife, and having children, and grandchildren, returning to civilian life was difficult for me. (Today I am 67 years old and a different person!) DUI offenses that have NO victim, NO incident, NO accident, and NO damaged party should never be an eternal lifetime 2-A ban!
