the polish on those animations is actually insane! like those tail animations are downright perfected and insaanely smooth + they react to all the actions done so naturally its crazy. and the minor details like the little leg jiggle physics are everywhere to be found too

I was like 9, and honestly I think it's just because I didn't expect it. Anyways love your content, keep up the good work.
LOOKS AMAZING! One thing that I definitely do not like with ASA is how it still has the problem that ASE has where so many dinosaurs have become useless. The Rex, Charch, and Giga basically serve as such a meta that all other carnivores sort of just get sidelined. Even now people are abandoning the Rex in favor of the Charch, and reserving them only for boss fights. To me it sort of kills the pvp experience when Yuutys, allosaurs, Carnotaurs, raptors, and most likely a lot of the future carnivores just end up being disregarded because they stand no chance against the high leveled Mosters mentioned earlier. For example, Yuuty's only used to Buff, not engage in combat. Carnos and Allos not even really tamed at all, just farmed for loot, and then raptors just disregarded as well. While they are super fun, we usually only see them tamed like the first few days upon server release and then people cull the tames with them never used again. I would LOVE to see the devs reconsider this and play with settings or create some new sort of server type perhaps that deals with this issue. By the way all of this comes from PVP Official, not private servers or PVE, so I'm sure PVE gets some use out of these.
Oh yes I completely agree! As a PVE player, it's also a similar issue where Yutys, Rexes and Gigas are all just boss dinos (where applicable) and then it's just Carcha all the way. So there's definitely a vacuum for both player types, which really does show a massive flaw in the ARK's apex predators. Hell even others like the Therizino, while very fun imo, still just don't match up (and getting insta-encumbered with wood is annoying). I need to do some more testing with Meraxes but it seems like it would be a really nice alternative. It would be fantastic if this could be addressed, or if there was a mod that would help rebalance these creatures. I do need to check out Kraken's Better Dinosaurs (when it's available in ASA) and No Untameables as I've heard these both do a good job of revitalizing some other dinos.
Love these mod dino spotlights. You've got good taste in picking ones that fit in well and aren't overpowered or out of place like most the ones I tried have been

I absolutely love my scorched meraxes big al did a great job with this guy he fits surprisingly well alongside the other large therapods like the acro and paleo Rex I get tired of the large amount of large modded therapods especially if they’re nothing too special but this guy is a unique enough taming method and a great model a fun ability with great animations for me at first I thought it was just a bargain bin acro but it’s much more than that great job Al
It needs a rage bar that increases it's damage the higher it is and the bar goes down QUICKLY while the healing affect is turned on. Other than that it's a really good Trex Alternative.
Anyone having issues on single player I have both the meraxes and the Acro installed I noticed their spawns overlap. I’m only seeing Meraxes spawning on my map.

Dino finder mod trash it just shows dinos that i saw before and most of times it doesn't even show for example im sure that i saw a level 130 yuty but on dino finder it just shows me 2 level 20 yuty that i saw before
