I rode this a few weeks ago, and APPARENTLY I thought wrong about the tracks. So, when I went on, it felt like a new ride, until I realized the tracks were painted and that it's STILL ROUGH. It's fun, but rough lol

Yes been on it a few times! Rode it with my wife a couple weeks ago! However...after that first inversion comes the high speed corkscrew...and at the end of it (2:21 mark) your neck and ribs will be hating you for riding it lol
Me and my boyfriend rode this like two weeks ago and dude it is amazing…I love roller coasters and I thought this was going to be okay but it surprised me and him.Definitely have to ride it!!
I just went on, it’s not AS rough as people say it is, sure u gotta brace yourself at the bottom of every drop and the dive loop, but it’s still a pretty fun ride
My brother and I were 11 and 13 when we went on this,. I had never been on a real roller coaster, and we had ridden the High Roller (RIP) the night before and were wrongly under the impression that this would be similarly relaxing/boring. My brother: "hmm, this is nice..." (0:30) Both of us: "OH SHIT!"
I know this is a togo, but I do wonder if at least smaller Arrows (or Vekoma's, but for Vekomas you can just ask the company whom made them like Hershey/Morey's Piers/upcoming new trains for Fiesta Texas boomerang) could actually have this done. I mean, this coaster is actually huge, but I wonder how a basic layout would work, or if it worked easier with minimal alteratiosn because of thinner track. Cedar Point should look into it, they could probably recycle the trains onto something else in the chain (even if they just bought a sky rocket II for one of those in the chain minus a train and then would have a spare still) for Corkscrew (thus when it really is "expired" it wouldn't be a waste).
I rode this a couple of weeks ago and hadn't read up about it before, it was fun but very rough, got thrown up into the harness a few times and hurt my shoulders. I've been on lots of coasters before and can't remember the last time I rode one that was so rough, guess its because its and old design. Second time I went on I used the handle to brace myself and it was much more enjoyable. Great ride all the same.
Wow the last time iv been to Vegas was back in 2011. The ride looks better and the track is repainted. The T-Mobile arena wasn’t built yet. The Raiders stadium wasn’t built yet. Wow it’s been 13 years from now I rode the New York New York roller coaster. Vegas is a all new skyline.
Cool video! Now im tempted to ride it 2 weeks. I'll be coming straight from the airport lol. Do they have cubbies to store my 28L backpack? While I get on the coaster. I wont be staying at the NYNY tho.
I rode this ride twice, the first time I rode it was 10 years ago in April of 2013 with my father and my sister, it was fun and rough, I rode it again last night after the vegas golden knights parade with my brother and his girlfriend, the rode is less rough than it was before and I like it, and I was able to witness them lighting the sky with "the realm is uknighted
Has anyone done the vr. Have ridden this rough coaster many times but its been about 6 yrs. Well before the new trains. Will be there in 2 weeks. Vowed I would never ride this again but with the newer trains it looks ok. Just curious if the vr is any good?
