A huge thank you Victor, my wife and I have been doing this arm training for the pass 3 weeks with amazing results... we always enjoy arm day however since we been following your plan the gain in only 3 weeks is remarkable.
Victor is Cool & Humble, one for the top bodybuilders, shows you the real techniques. #Respect. Still got my old flex magazines with Vic. His arms are still cracking.
Very therapeutical watching them exchange knowledge from old to young. Lol I don’t consider victor old but you know the age of experience. Also their chemistry they have during all their work outs
That called roids lol no offense to any of them. They still all work their asses off but people who take roids get a pump just by doing a tiny workout whereas people who don’t take roids can do 3 hard workouts and still not get as big and long of a pump as someone in roids.
Cbum: I'm glad I even got to compete despite the setback leading up to Mr O. Breon deserved the win. Phil: I dont even know why I lost but congrats Shaun I guess...
for Phil any criticism, even positive criticism, will be taken as an attack. He is so fragile and gets offended by any critics and starts talking shit on people. He even said Arnold had chicken legs. You don't disrespect a legend like that. He is an asshole and believes he is the center of the universe.
i always thought that Victor Martinez was the bodybuilder with the best shape for looking good in a T-Shirt, lol. I don´t know why. But that back, traps, shoulders and arms. Looks awesome.
Robert Reid bad form doesn't mean you wont place high at an olympia. Yes he was robbed. Bad form but still good genetics. Anyone else take the gear hes taking n use the same shitty form will not have the same results. Some people just grow picking up a fucking pencil.
Victor is the one of the best. I love big guys that can walk around the gym and show respect for others. Not throwing weights around, and scream like idiots because they have insecurities. These guys are proof that you can get big quietly. :-0
I felt a kind of nostalgic deja vu watching this. Kinda awkward start to the video but which gym session isn’t usually? As they progress you witness the development of a bodybuilding workout 👍🏽💪🏽💪🏽
LoL like how he said no swinging yet he swinging it like a madman himself. In the end do it like feels best for you. What you’ll learn in your younger years might be something you want to erase from your list of knowledge and start over again by training with older more experienced guys. Sometimes momentum is better than “perfect form”.
That overhead dumbbell press/extension truly looks like a shoulder and/or elbow injury just begging to occur. All it takes is just one wrong/off movement and you're screwed. Plus, not sure I like having a piece of metal scraping up so close to the back of my head. I think I'll stick to cable extensions leaning forward.
