Big Boy No. 4014's Return to the Rails in 2014 

I really enjoyed hearing the 4014’s original whistle. It really sounded like a big boy back in regular service.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would get to see a Big Boy run under its own power again. Ten years later, here we are.

Awesome footage. Looking forward to hopefully seeing the Big Boy in action this summer. And as far the safety warning to stay 25 feet from the tracks, I think that warning should cover all species. Don't forget that evening during last year's tour when a killdeer decided to make her nest in the dirt right next to the tracks.
