It was nice to see a moment when the housemates were just having fun for a change. The high drama makes for great television but sometimes even I need a break from that. As for Ash's comment regarding Jale I thought that was pretty nasty but of course the British public will reward the "attractive" guy with cheers and applause like they did last week. The thing about Ash is I think he's just plain mean. There are other housemates this season that I think are straight up jerks but..I can't explain it. He has no warmth
And that's the version of himself that he shows on tv when trying to win votes. I suspect, in reality, he's quite a bit nastier. I agree about the fun - it only occurred to me when they were enjoying themselves as a group how rare that's been this series.
The thing that I will never get over about Ash is the way---unlike anyone with a heart or empathy---instead he enjoyed Helen's cruelty when she was straight-up horrid to anyone she perceived as lacking power---like a mean spider she attacked, and he was right there at her side when she decided to take a rest, have a smoke and recharge her mean girl batteries.

Sometimes, I hate to admit this, I have checked out the Channel 5 Big Brother uploads - on very rare occasions. But you cannot comment so it's just not that much fun. I really appreciate these uploads. And no pressure. :) Anyway, noticed this evening, that they took down all their previous uploads and are now offering condensed scenes from the house instead of the full highlights.
It's sad but I think Toya will leave Friday and I don't want her to just yet. Maybe next week or the week after. There are definitely people who should go before her. Toya speaks her mind and may come off harsh but she's got a level head on her shoulders and I like that. Come on UK don't evict her just yet!
I too would like to see her stay, but purely for the fact that I really want Danielle out. She's too wishy-washy and very annoying. She longs to be in the 'in-group' ,and will do anything to get that, but not before saving grace and trying to cover her arse. Toya in comparison to her brings me entertainment, toya annoys me but not on the same level as wishywashy dani!

Has Toya forgotten that she is the very people she's speaking against? She's trying to manipulate Jale, Ashleigh, and Danielle(esp*). Is Helen deluded about never having a chance,lol. Had she not treated people like shit, maybe she would have amicability with those she isolated with Pauline and Toya. Kimberly, is a smug little worm wriggling between this person and that person. She is an opportunist and full of shit. Matthew is a good guy and dodged a bullet being power tripper with Toya. Ash is a waste. Marlon is a waste and a latent homosexual. Winston seems to be an alright guy and when he smiles I like that. Ashleigh talks her fair amount of shit without any wraths upon her head. Danielle irritated me at first but she is growing on me because she has the balls to stand up for herself. Jale can stay or go. She lost me when she backstabbed Chris for the pop kids. Chris is a decent guy and deserves to stay. Steven can stay or go. Christopher is such a breath of fresh air. I love seeing him open up and enjoy himself. He's gotten a shit deal but never once protested or bitched. I want Christopher to go to final. Mark is fun and I like that he usually tells it like it is. If he wouldn't have been bought by Pauline, he prob would have been on the outs.

I agree with you that she seems like a naturally good person but she has no backbone and is extremely naive. Also I forever will not like Danielle for nominating someone because they disagreed with her religiously, that's unfair and hypocritical for someone always complaining about not feeling like people want to include her because of her beliefs. Nothing wrong with having strong religious views but you can't view yours as superior and then punish someone who disagrees.

I don't believe for a second that Toya is "happy" to be up for eviction. The way she responded to Kimberly, "Of course I am, you think I want to stay in this house? No. I'm happy." Plus fiddling around with the stuff in the bathroom, trying to act casual like she doesn't care, emphasizing how happy she is...it all comes off as really false. She loved the power, she lost the power, it bit her in the ass, and she can't handle it.
I think Kimberly is the only housemate that I genuinely care for. Some other housemates are tolerable, but she's about the only one I think is a genuinely kind hearted person. I hope she goes far.

I liked Helen having fun tonight in the pool (likely won't last until she's had 2 or 3 more lagers but still). She has a long way to go on the road to redemption, but she at least is trying to have fun and be a little more considerate whereas Toya (whom several commenters are claiming is avenging the wronged of big brother) is continuing foolishness.

This was an interesting episode, finally a good night in the house. Ashleigh and Toya seem homesick, they are constantly speculating about the outside and what their friends and family think. If Toya leaves then Ashleigh would be upset and probably find support in Jale and Chris. I can already imagine her crying and talking about how Toya was the only person who understood her and how everyone she knows is back in Ireland -_- I hope Marlon (or Christopher or Winston or Ash) goes. Actually, Toya can go too.. Anyone can go.
Really enjoyed watching all the stuff when they were sitting outside/in the pool having fun, was nice to see the majority of people having a good time for once. Trust Toya and Ashleigh to perceive it as a negative situation, really hope Toya goes on Friday!
Steve obviously doesn't know how to flirt. It seems like British men are always telling the girls how to act, what to think, how to "be", what to say and how to say it.
