Collin, that rake was so perfectly timed. The bull took all his attention off of Zach and took an extra step to look at your location, which gave Zach the window he needed. Congrats to you all. Well played gentlemen/predators.

How much is an elk tag in that area and how much have you paid thus far? I don't live in the US, but I take it the tags are non-refundable, and that you *"can't"* just buy one after the fact. Perhaps you just love the area and wish to shoot one locally (or the sunk cost fallacy has kicked in lol). But with the price of tags (~$5k according to google), wouldn't it have been a better financial decision to just pay up and head to a densely populated area with higher success rate?

I watch every single minute of your videos and study your movements and how you interact with the landscape. There is NO ONE better on this platform that can even compare to your guys level. I've been hunting for 15 years and I have learned so much from you guys in recent years that have helped me take down some beautiful deer in upstate NY. Keep on doing what we all love to see! Casey I'm down here in NC and I agree with you 100%. Love these guys and one day will meet them and I'd love to hunt with them! Never a dull moment and that's what I love. None of that "we're gonna sit here in this corn field stand and wait on this high fence 245 inch whitetail to come to the feeder going off" what all do you hunt for? I'm getting into traveling atleast once a year to hunt ducks and/or deer and one day will learn to hunt elk. I don't know anything about NY buy would love to learn and hunt it one year in the near future.

This is hands down one of if not the best video I’ve seen on RU-vid in a long time. I really hope you guys get to have the same type of success through the ‘23 season. This one makes me reminisce guys. I am now 58 but in 2005 me and 2 friends did a Colorado archery elk hunt. Those are memories I will never forget and as the years go by they become more and more cherished. Thank you for taking us along and making me think of all my own memories. Awesome stuff guys

Oh, to be young again! I'm 74 and I cannot thank you guys enough for taking us along on this elk hunt. The scenery is fantastic. And the friends are so tight knit. I can't wait until next years hunt!!! I feel like I'm right there with you, except for the humping of course. 🤭I love your deer and turkey hunts as well, but the elk hunt is my favorite. Awesome!

Well......I'm retired and the thought that comes to mind for me is that when you get my age, you will look back and say something like, "Man we were stupid. I wish we could do it again!" There's a ton of difference between what people call living and really living. Thanks so much for sharing real living with us! Fantastic Job to All. Excellent video! I was supposed to leave yesterday for a muzzleloader elk hunt in Colorado, but my dad had a stroke earlier in the week and I had to cancel my trip. As I sit here in the hospital by his bed, I've enjoyed watching these videos. I feel like I'm actually on the hunt with you guys. Thanks for all of your hard work in preparing these.

The 2022 elk hunt with Zach and his friends way back in the mountains has to be the top elk hunting videos produced. Impressive these young men know exactly how to get into the elk. I've one suggestion something my father taught me 63 years back. Your feet give off more odour than any other part, along with your head. So when you come upon fresh elk urine rub a handful on your boots
