I didn’t tell anyone when I big chopped my hair I feel like most people don’t understand and try and talk you out of it. My husband was mad but I told him it’s hair it grows back and my hair grew long to my waist. I just recently chopped it again and it’s already growing lol

I’ve been threatening to chop off my 13 year-old locks for MONTHS but I haven’t had the courage to actually do it. I’ve never cut my hair so short! But I’m my hair is of a similar texture to yours so you gave me some idea as to how it’ll turn out...and your hair looks so good! I think I might have the guts to go through with my big chop 😬

Had the same situation however my downfall wasn’t color but heat. The first time I went to a salon to get my hair straightened and my hair wouldn’t revert back. I lost big chunks of my hair and finally decided to cut it earlier this week and I’m elated. The cut looks great on you!!!

Sis…I overstand… it’s happening to me now… the time, the toddler… almost chopped it 20 times last wash day… finally braided it up so I don’t have to look at it in mourning and more importantly don’t have to wash it or manipulate for a moment! Aaahhh!!! The cut is everything…it’ll be back soon 🙏🏾

Yo my hair got ruined the exact same way from coloring too much and only twist out look good on me!!!! I’m planning on cutting my hair this week just in time for Christmas. My hair was so long and healthy in 2020 but it took a turn after that coloring.
