Not really. Their first 4 albums were all top 10 albums in the UK! One was No 1(Steeltown), No 2 ( The Seer)! They were excellent live and very popular!
My all time favourite band god Stuart do I miss you 22 years gone buddy but you will NEVER EVER BE FORGOTTEN and if only you could see your wee lassie now what a CREDIT she is to you just had one of the best & emotional nights of my life when your beautiful Kirsten done a great acoustic set recently in pj Molloy's in your beloved Dunfermline. I had a huge huge crush on you when I was 13. and now 53 I STILL HAVE everytime I look at your beautiful face I often sit quietly on your fans remembrance bench in Pittencrieff park and am in HEAVEN :") XXX
Aren't history teachers strange fish? Good song. Unique album. Never saw this video. The car scene almost looks like a creepy "The Long Good Friday" imitation, before the "key to the cosmos", or "Seer", thing comes into focus. Disappearing on a shore line...like the vibe of the end solo of the title track of 1st album. A lot of the earliest, mid-1980s, pop videos used to imply a film-like storyline. I don't remember many videos like that about when I was a kid, except perhaps the Beastie Boys' Sabotage, the least said about the better.
