She's talking abt styling, not brushing. For example, denman brush is meant to style, here she implies that she wont use that hair brush nor any hair brush to style her hair

This is the look I like. I’m all for definition… but chunks of curls are not my bag. That and I even adore a little frizz in mine. 😊 It looks more natural. Love your rezults

I wanted to have my hair long so badly and I got there .my hair was half way down to my back and it being g curly and natural gray it looked really nice however from my neck down my hair was so much thinner and by no means is my hair thin it looked straggly . So I had my bestie cut it off best thing I ever did .now I’ll start growing my hair out again Tg it grows fast Being that My hair is short , lately I’ve been wetting my whole head down , get the water out , put some all in one on my hands and scrunch it in and it looks pretty ok I no have to say . I do have a wedding coming up and I’ll use the twirling technique 🌻🌻🌻

So does the hair spray (and is it regular hair spray) create a lighter weight cast VS gel? Will it help to keep the curls protected from outside elements like humidity still?
What can I put in my hair while it’s dry. When I put hair products in my hair while wet or damp. It always looks thin. U can see the side of my head. I grew out the top and keep the sides short. And it’s almost at my shoulders when it looks right. If not, it doesn’t even pass my ears and it’s all over the place.

Gel and mousse both make my hair too stringy and limp. It looks absolutely awful when I follow the curly girl method. It's easy to get voluminous hair *_when you have a lot of hair._* For us fine, thin hair ladies, it just doesn't work.
Help can anyone tell me why my haur is naturally really curly with not tight but not loose curls, and randomly changes texture?? Like one day its healthy and curly and then the nect time i wash it its got really loose waves??? Edit: i also use a lot of products made for curly and wavy hair and anti frizz products, but i still have frizz?? Maybe i need a diffuser?

do anyone else’s curls just fall flat if you rake your fingers/product through them after rinsing out your conditioner…? like mine don’t curl back after raking/combing the product through my hair :(
If you have curly hair, NEVER use a brush. It will damage your curl patterns. Just get the tangles out with conditioner in the shower. It may take some time, depending on how long between washes and how tight your curls are. There’s also no way she didn’t use a diffuser with her head flipped over to get this volume.
