From October 6th, 1996, it's the series finale of Big Deal. There are a few moments where I swear FOX just ran out of ads to show and showed a bumper instead. I have no idea who greenlit this. At least we got a good Let's Make a Deal revival 12 years later.

The 2 good things about this show were the music package including the Quicksilver theme and John Cramer, who went on to narrate the Vegas episodes of the newest reboot of Newlywed Game at first, then GSN, then eventually became a full time announcer for both Dating Game and Newlywed Game when both went back to classic formats.

Had this show been on in any other timeslot, it may have had a decent chance. Because it aired on Sundays right after _The NFL on FOX,_ leading to half of this series' episodes being joined in progress due to the late games on doubleheader weeks running long, it was dead on arrival.

only because i remember it, (funny story) (my dad had been watching football and when it ended this came on, dad called me out and we watched it, while my mom was in the kitchen baking me some cookies. when my mom saw this she flipped out on dad and said to him "You don't get any cause you were a bad boy!" LOL
