Big Finish's Monthly Adventures had lots of trilogies and story arcs spanning several audios, some of which included Daleks. We're ranking some of these audios, based on how well they use the Daleks and how well they fit into their respective story arcs.

If you're looking for something that'll explain the Continuity error between Daleks Among Us and Terra Firma, it has been claimed that at the end of the Eighth Doctor Adventures novel series( spoiler warning for those wishing to read them), The Doctor somehow managed to prevent an altogether different Time War called the War in Heaven from occurring by rewriting history to such an extreme extent, he effectively erased his entire tenure, along with a few of the seventh Doctor's adventures, and that the Eighth Doctor audio adventures are what replaces them in this "new timeline". Therefore, if you choose to believe this as headcanon, it could be theorized Daleks Among Us was one of those erased adventures. Bit crazy, I know, but it can be fun to connect these dots sometimes, lol

That's a really interesting theory, I've always wondered how the 8th Doctor novels and audios relate to each other, I've heard a lot about Faction Paradox and the War in Heaven but never really gave it much thought as the novels featuring them are now out-of-print. Bizarrely enough I heard that a relatively recent Thirteenth Doctor story actually clarifies what happened to the Faction during the Time War

Great video. Here’s a fun fact, Plague of the Daleks has an alternative cover which was the version released on CDs where the Daleks have no pupils in their eyestalk. Also I LOVE Brotherhood of the Daleks! It’s weird, wacky and experimental in it’s use of ‘Russian Doll’ storytelling but I love it and re-listens really help it.

What about Patient Zero- which is near the end of the Charlie/Sixth Doctor story line and introduces the Dalek Time Controller- who played such a big role in the 8th Doctor adventures?

I believe that Davros, The Juggernauts and Terror Firma form a loose story arc in the audios according to Big Finish charting Davros' transformation into the Emperor Dalek.

one slight correction: the Klein the seventh doctor travels with in "daleks among us" isnt the original one from the nazi timeline, but one from our timeline

@@dalekbumps highly recommend the trilogy first trilogy (a thousand tiny wings, survival of the fittest, architects of history). Easily some of the best dr who out there

@@dalekbumps the original trilogy featuring klein is worth a listen, it's one of my favourites when it comes to big finish trilogies, the back and forth between the two is great and the 7th doctor meets his match in many ways as he has to deal with the situation that he created in colditz. Us the stories good and the third part gets as dark as that sort of story should do really.

I think it can be argued that Daleks Among Us happens immediately prior to Terror Firma for Davros, based on the ending.

Terror firma is good but the best 8th doctor dalek stories to me that play a huge role in a story arc is blood of the daleks and lucie Miller/to the death. Two other good dalek stories is the 6th doctor story order of the daleks and the 7th doctor story genocide machine.

Can you please upload the scene from "Jubilee" in which the human crowd are shouting "Exterminate" only for the actual Daleks to turn up and start exterminating people?
