The packages were ship during a heat wave (July i think) so the items were either swollen with gas from bacteria growth, squashed due to poor packaging or had contaminants like glitter inside the bottle. Pii did some very bad responses but was actually not treated badly by people despite the tone deaf live streams and videos she posted. She even got a sauce company to help her. However, she doubled down in Karamo's vid and Karamo himself gaslighted the customer they invited on the show. Not only did he defended Pii, he tried to use racism to attack AlluredBeauty, the influencer and customer of Pii. Now, he deleted the video in his channel but continues to double down in twitter defending his actions.

If that entire interview wasn't set up to intimidate and discredit Chef Pii's customer then you can blame it on the edit. But deleting the video without an explanation? Awfully suspicious if there's no comment from him about it... The way I heard of Pink sauce was though my friend's kids, her birthday was coming up and she mentioned she wanted to try some. I looked into it and found nothing but bad experiences from people which made me ... not buy it. Chef Pii even later came out herself saying she didn't even know what the FDA is and that she's just now waiting for the results of FDA approval! Selling a sauce to paying customers en masse trying to be a business the way she is gross negligence. She didn't do her research, how is that a customer's fault? I contacted them just a few months ago and you're right, they responded almost instantaneously. Are you seriously under the impression that an approach like contacting the BBB where they mediate the situation between you and the business owner as the same as making multiple viral videos to millions of viewers when you never left a review on the actual business website to begin with? 2. I watched the entire interview. What you saw as Karamo being one sided I saw as him taking into consideration that Allie's approach put Chef Pi's life at risk and then becoming upset that Allie showed no remorse that she played a hand in this lady and her kid's life being threatened. I have no problem saying that Chef Pi definitely should not have been ignorant about all the details, but I can understand how she was ignorant of that and I , in Allie's shoes would have addressed her directly so that she could make the improvements and grow. FDA? Yes , everyone in food related business should know what the FDA is, but for you to emphasize the FDA here to make a point is laughable to me; because it seems to me that you're not aware that the FDA has allowed a certain increment of rat feces in our foods to allow corporations that mass produce the liberty to not have to consistently face the expense of dealing with rat infestations, and then there's bat Feces in Doritos, read up on Vanilla extracts, read up on hot dogs, read up on the chemical preservatives that the FDA have allowed that cause a massive decline in estrogen and testerone growth and then come talk to me about the validity of the FDA's approval the you just listed here. 6. Answer me this, do you think that if Allie's first video critizing her didn't go viral that she would have continued to make more videos? 7. The responsibility you spoke of is on both parts!
