I guess I should have listened years ago, but when I seen the name Big Head Todd I was like Nah, boy was I stupid. They are an amazing talent. it's definitely not everyone's music but it certainly is my music. Definitely added to my playlists.
I'm so glad that you've said that Ray. I'd heard of them for years and without ever actually hearing them. I just wrote them off as some sort of 90's style "Grunge" Band. Man, I was Sooo WRONG. Words aren't enough to express how incredible they are!
Same here. I really got turned (back) on to them after watching a video of them covering Looking Glass’ Brandy. Went down the rabbit hole after that, and saw them a couple times over a year or two. Just got back from seeing them in their home state at Red Rocks. Amazing show. Todd Park Mohr is as talented a singer/songwriter/guitarist as anybody I’ve ever laid eyes on.
I could keep listening to this... over, and over, and over... my favorite music video on RU-vid. Went to Red Rocks last year to see BHTM and loved it... going back again this year in June. I'd love to hear them perform this song live with Hazel!
Todd ur my most listened to music My daughter in law lived in Colorado Springs and she turned me on to u she has gone on to. The beyond but I love her music influence still love BHT
I know this is talked about ad nauseum but damn if I know why these guys aren't more widely appreciated. This concert in particular is just outstanding. I can't wait till we can see live music again. Much love BHTM
I’ve just listened to six songs by this band and this is great great music. I’m a new fan and will be digging deeper into their work. It’s really feel good music!
I've always thought the who's the best conversation was kinda dumb but if you ask me who is highly underrated, then I'd have to say Todd Park Mohr and Terry Kath!
TPM is a natural. Music flows through him naturally and effortlessly. His band of high school friends is outstanding. I like the Todd and his Monsters to Tom and his Heartbreakers. So genuine!!
Just saw BHTM @ Saint Rocke in Hermosa Beach. Outstanding and the new LP "Black Beehive" is like a fine wine it just keeps getting better n better the more you taste it. The title track a nice tribute to Amy Winehouse but the rest of the tracks are just as good. Flying up to Red Rock in June to see them play in there own back yard. One if not the best band I've ever seen live.....Safe travels BHTM!
The story line is in places of these things n days of then, intermission takes you home with a thought of things should be , oh and thank you Big Head Todd. Your days of these
Todd love you and your band . I be been a fan since your first album. Although some songs are a little sad I love your music it keeps me moving forward at a steady pace. Never stop blessing the world with your music . Thank you Todd
Wim Peter Van den Bergh they’ve been around for 30 yrs. totally overlooked and underrated by mainstream. It’s ok with me because they have a large fan base and we keep them going and they’re able to support themselves. #Real musicians. Check our Broken Hearted Savior and I’ll Play The Blues For You. And It’s Alright.
I've been listening these guys day 30 years at least I've seen him at fairs in the big arena I've seen him outside of the festival the coolant last time I saw him was at the Crawfish festival in South Carolina on rosewood drive f****** killer show
