This dude is in really good shape given his age and eating tens of thousands of Big Macs over he years. Oh and I’m currently eating a Big Mac while watching this lol.
Just saw a quick video on my snap story. He eats 2 Big Macs a day with a side of coke. He doesn’t eat fries even though he likes the fries to watch his weight. He goes on walks and his wife also said he visits his doctor, is in good health for his age.
They did another thing on him and supposedly he’s in pretty good shape because he just gets a Big Mac with no fries. Bro also outlived the first reporter
Benny Godspeed I know I even binged on macdonalds for 3 day at most but even after the first day I was craving just a lot of fruit or anything to feel refreshing and cleanse myself, when I was little I felt great eating them but waking up in the morning after a big macdonalds now my stomach just feels dead.
Alec Eisenbison- Yeah but you eat plenty of other things with the broccoli, right? And broccoli is a bit more rudimentary than a Big Mac as far as flavor profile. I guess my point is that this guy is clearly obsessed with this one particular processed food item.
Averaging the cost to 3 dollars overall and including a drink, he’s spent well over 100,000 dollars on this habit. That doesn’t include how often he buys extra for “emergency,” closures. Or when he goes twice a day.
People that drink every day, do drugs every day or smoke everyday are deemed "normal", but he eats big macs everyday and there are people here thinking he's crazy or abnormal? Let him be. If he loves them and is healthy then good for him. He's seems like a very genuine, happy and decent man. There should be more people like him in this world.
The epitome of how healthiness comes with moderation. He eats Big Macs often sure but he doesn't pig out unlike other people. And the Supersize Me guy, who ate the equivalent of 9 Big Macs a day just to "make a point."
Nah he didn’t. He had a standard breakfast, lunch, and dinner simply off McDonald’s. Whereas this dude admitted to eating like 9 Big Macs the first day he had one. I’m sure there are other factors like genetics and preexisting conditions but you’re high if you think McDonald’s isn’t bad for you.
Did you forget the part where they put different food items from McDonald's and other restaurants to see how they decomposed? I dare you to try it yourself. Go buy a burger from McDonald's and a burger from a non-fast food restaurant, put them each into in separate containers for a few weeks and compare the two as they decompose.
@@13lood13ath ya but what about moisture, I mean there's less moisture in a big Mac than a whopper so idk. Fries make sense that they'd only go dry and nothing else... But ya the 'butter' spray at McDonald's has like 50 ingredients in it and probably wd-40 is one of them...
Some foods will not grow mold depending of the location and where it sits. You can have two loafs of bread that are from the same factory and that were produced the same day 500km away from each other. They will both often show different kinds of growth or if the item becomes dehydrated before anything has time to grow on it, nothing will grow on it. From the naked eye of course.
Big Macs actually have a surprising low calorie content at 560. that means he could reasonably eat 2-3 a day plus other food and still be healthy. Big thing he doe's is not getting the fries, that's where the diabeetus is
more to it than just calories, all the additives, preservatives and so on really do damage to nearly all regular consumer's bodies. this dude is superhuman
The big mac is fucken really good. Sometimes they're real messy though. Even before you take your first bite, sometimes the sandwich slides. It most definitely is skinnier now than it was 10 years ago. Don't know why businesses cannot be consistent. Just like the Cadbury egg, it's smaller. If I had as many big macs in one day (2) as this guy eats, I would be obese. This guy is amazing.
It surprises me that he doesn’t look unhealthy. It is interesting how he doesn’t really eat fries. I get that choice, but not the choices to drink mainly soda.
he’s doing what he likes! he found a thing that he loved, and he has the means to do it every single day. why wouldn’t he? isn’t that what life’s all about? working so that you can do what you enjoy when you have the time?
Shows what a load of rubbish ‘Supersize Me’ was. He and Warren Buffet who eats a McMuffin nearly every morning, is one of the richest people in the World, and is still working in his 90’s should be put on an advertising campaign.
This guy needs the big Mac ring.. he's paid enough to McDonald's ... And he opitimizes exactly what the ring stands for in human form. McDonald's.. just give him the damn ring.
I'm surprised people are so surprised he doesn't have heart disease. It looks like he isn't overeating, it looks like he isn't drinking loads of soda with it. (Fructose has particular metabolic issues) He might not be as healthy as he possibly could be but I think it's a common misconception that certain foods always cause heart disease and certain foods don't. It's more to do with the whole metabolic process than anything else
I love Big Mac too but there's whole lot of other tasty healthy foods in the world such as Japanese ramen, smoked salmon sandwich, curry, the list goes on... Why limit yourself?
total pro. puts the box upside down so he can grab it properly. my most important question - how TF do you eat a big mac without fries? also, how many of the 29k did he eat whilst playing D&D?
And here i sit eating about 1 chocolate bar a week... Getting more fat as time goes by... and then i see some of my friends which eat at McDonalds 2-3 Times a week, soda everyday and candy... everyday... But do they get fat? Nope...
There are approximately 500 calories in a Big Mac. A person should consume around 2 000 calories a day in order to not put on excess weight. He doesn't need to have fast metabolism. Since he doesn't seem to consume fries he could eat 4 Big Macs a day and not get fat. It's just math people.
..."Best food in the world"?! Wow, Don *really* doesn't get out much. Plus he freezes them *and* packs them into his luggage when flying somewhere?! That's beyond obsession.
Aaron Sedgwick no way.. And I wouldn't be so one sided as to type "definitely".. That seems like you can't take it back. What hamburger is better? They're all the same except different sizes. The big mac is the only one that's truly unique from their others. You're gonna tell me their mcdoubles are different from their quarter pounders? how? I already mentioned size. All the same ingredients are on them. The big mac has that classic sauce and three tier bun. It's a sesame style bun, too.
