No joke. I get a McDouble 3-4 times a week on average. Never fries. I’m in good shape. I also don’t eat breakfast, have a tiny snack mid afternoon, and a normal dinner.
- Loves his wife - Is in good health - Eats what he wants, when he wants - Doesn't give a f**k what other people think Man is a true king. An absolute hero. Long live Gorske.
Aint no way if its a 5 star meal, if you eat the same thing every day ur gonna get tired of it. Its literally in our instincts to seek a diverse diet. He has somehow overridden this primal instinct, trained himself to think that this is the only thing food will taste like. Idk the more I think about it, more I start to think hes gotta be hiding that hes broke kosher at points over the years. Although he does claim in the clip that he is obsessive compulsive, so perhaps he has some sort of irrational belief that if he doesnt have big macs every day something is gonna go wrong. So maybe he has made his body think that it has to eat big macs to survive and it is the only way it can get food.
@@stephenvanbellinghen933 That, or he's mildly autistic. People with autism can get into daily routines/habits and stick to it unimpeded for years on end if nothing prompts us to do anything otherwise.
@@stephenvanbellinghen933 overridden his primal instinct and trained himself? I feel like you're overthinking it. I think he's just a guy who simply likes big macs more than any other food, and has the kind of personality where he doesn't get tired of things he loves.
@@million80 Thats what I thought when I saw the documentary that this clip is from. But how does what you're saying override our body's need for a diverse diet in order to survive? Granted a big mac does cover most of the food groups. The bread is also probably fortified
2 Big Macs per day on average, that's about 1200 calories. If he also eats fruits and vegetables, and exercises every day, his health will be fine. And avoid french fries and Coca-Cola.
I saw an interview of him many years ago. He's definitely put on a little weight since then, but the guy is 70, so it's hard to say I'm surprised. Dude must have had a crazy metabolism all his young life.
I big mac is 590 calories. 2 a day is only 1180. That still leaves him another 1000 calories. And thats only if hes sedentary. If he walks at all hes good.
"most people" actually most people don't cheat on their spouses, if they divorce it's not always because of cheating. We have 8.1 BILLION people on earth in that scale cheating isn't thaaaat huge
I remember 10 years ago they did a story on him. I wish they would ask him the real questions, like: Did the quality of the sandwich go down over the years. Did he try doing different combinations of the Big Mac? In the one he did 10 years ago, a friend convinced him to eat a whopper 10 years prior to the video 10 years ago, he ate it, didn't really care for it, and went to Mickey Dee's for his Big Mac.
Big macs have gone way down in quality over the last 40 years. He must have really dull taste buds. I quit eating McDonald's years ago. The meat is always so dry at every location. I can make my own burgers at home for the same price with actual good beef and condiments
@@curtisclaire4341you act like he eats 9 Big Macs every day. There are a lot more worse things a person can do. Which is worse, eating a Big Mac every day or smoking a pack of cigarettes. Wake up to reality!!!!!
"When i go, i go" Thats the main reason he looks so healthy at 70. His stress management seems on point. You can be a smoker, have a bad diet, etc- but the main thing that will kill you faster is living a stressed life all the time
@r_z1 that's like saying "the sky is blue, I guess" Many things contribute to stress. Smoking, drinking, etc definitely make things worse but aren't necessarily the root cause. Otherwise, "healthy" people would never be stressed.
Morgan Spurlock: "But...but....I ate McDonalds every day and overate to an extreme and went out of my way not to exercise and also lied about my alcohol consumption and I got fat! How can this guy be healthy??"
Morgan is a good dude … he made that during the whole “super size” craze if you remember … and was asked to make his meals larger … they are no longer doing that because of all the backlash they got. He eats 2 a day he’s undereating at that point
He’s in too deep to quit now. I don’t even know what would happen if he were to quit eating Big Mac’s. His body might go into shock. I hope McDonald’s is at least paying Don for all of the publicity they’ve received because of him. I enjoy a Big Mac every now and then but I can’t imagine eating more than one a day every day for decades. Mr. Gorske should be McDonald’s new spokesman, since Ronald McDonald seems to have gone by the wayside.
Insane to think Big Macs and other fast food has risen far past the price of actual inflation. Not to mention the quality being not nearly as good as it used to be.
It also was my first drive through. I was 14, bought a old mustang from an elderly person who didn't question my age. Age 14 had my bicycle hanging from the trunk on the way back, in the drive through no registration either.
how so ? a bigmac isn't "healthy" per say, but normal people, like this guy, can eat 2-3 bigmacs every day without it causing some kind of issue, as long as he is getting enough micro-/macronutrients from other sources. yeah humans can survive after eating bread and beef and some lettuce, human genetics are amazing
I'd say genetics is most of it to be honest, a friend from school's family all died young on the male side from heart conditions, so he was extra careful, really healthy, didn't want to risk it, he died of a heart condition really young
A big component is his dietary regularity, his body has become an efficient big mac consuming machine. Eating the same thing everyday can have health benefits in and of itself, regardless of what you eat
McDonald’s should make a celebrity meal after him. A Big Mac & a large Coke & they can up charge it by $2 for no reason other than it being a ‘limited time’ meal
Man is an American original, a legend , a true inspiration and a solid human being and I've been a fan of his since I first learned about him in the guiness book of world records
Everybody, here we go, join in!!! TWO ALL BEEF PATTIES SPECIAL SAUCE LETTUCE CHEESE PICKLES ONIONS ON A SESAME SEED BUN!!! The most iconic ad jingle of all time. I've never had a Big Mac though.
I love the Big Mac. But, I don't like the changes. I feel like the diluted the sauce. Why on earth would you change something so tried and true??? Profits!
WHY TF DO NONE OF MY MCDONALD BIG MACS HAVE SESAME SEEDS LIKE HIS OR BK!!! Also wow, first time anyone has ever had the slightest praise for Seth Meyers.
I'm 6'7" 245lbs, Do Boxing and Body Building 5+ days a week. 9 Big Macs in a day is stupid easy, its 9 big macs in one sitting that would be a challenge.😏
@@princegroove That's true. The new ones taste bad now. Too much sauce and the patty meat is weird in texture. It's too soft, kinda like if you try to make baby food.
He and his healthcare providers are looking at the wrong measurements. It's not cholesterol that would be a concern; it's fasting blood sugar and insulin levels that could be elevated by all the carbs he's eating.
The 54 ingredients I cannot pronounce found in this burger have preserved him in a time capsule . These burgers will never mold or decompose . In a thousand years scientists will be baffled at his perfectly Mcmummified body .
out of all the BS in this world rn, im happy to see how far this awesome dude eats bigmacs, hope he can make to 1000 bigmacs before his time is up on this earth! GO DON GO!!!
Been following Mr. Gorske for decades. Really nice guy and he really loves dem Macs! I wonder what he thinks about Big Macs now costing as much as a mortgage payment due to the hyper inflation we've been suffering though for the past 3 years. I don't even go to fast food anymore because it just ain't worth the cost.
