I don't get the whole "Fight" thing. He didn't even fight! He flapped his arms to "accidentally" knock the drink out of that other guys hand (which he always could have claimed WAS an accident) and then he oddly started wiping his hands on the guys pants and his milk suddenly flew in his face. Then the guy shoved him and the teacher stopped any further actions. there WAS no fight!

In the 60s and 70s when i was in grade school and junior high the gym teacher doled out discipline in the form of a paddle followed by hrs off detention. And forget about parents undermining that process. Pretty much kept you from repeating that misbehavior.
