Tim, in my opinion, and no, no one asked for it, I would paint the crawl space door a gray to match the blocks. Less noticeable. I love the work so far.

Looking great. Check your code to see if you need plastic in the gravel space for preventing argon gas. That way you can put it down in the spring before you do your floor system. No job goes 100*%

Looks like it is coming along. When you do your trenching under the footer lay down some extra pipes for future use that way if something comes along you can you use them instead of having to dig and cut your footer

Well, Tim, you made some extra work for them, but they don't mind. You will see it in the final bill for the foundation. Now you get to dig for the water line. Hey Tim mistakes happen as long as you can overcome them and make good that's all that matters well done. foundation and block work looks good. nice camera work. when you dig for the water pipe are you also doing the electric ( solar cables ) ?

Now is the time to get all the extra concrete out of the crawl space. it will make it so much nicer to crawl around doing plumbing etc. with out the trash under there, not fun dragging it out that crawl space door later

I'm an old core driller from way back you should have Doug down along the side of the footing and and attached a core drill and drill the 7 inch hole all the way through it with a little water that would have been a lot better way to handle that.
