You might want to look into laying a thick sheet of plastic over the ground and taped to your footers, to help seal that portion up. Keeps moisture down. It's easier to do it now before the house is built over it. Looking good. Like the blocks. Hsve you thought about a conditioned space under the house, if you run your heating/cooling ducts under the house?
