I did a pan of onions with garlic while I was watching this. Weird timing to find this video while I was cooking. Is it sound advice to use the toss method over a ceramic or glass top stove? One accident that that surface can shatter.

You need to understand the difference level of the sauté,what ingredients will bring the heat up or down,no matter what temperature you have it at.
