The quality growers will get pushed out of business while the quality decreases. The elites: business people, retired politicians etc will only have access to invest in the industry. Street dealers will have to start selling harder illicit drugs plus robberies will soar due to the economic effect it will have on communities. It’s all about $$ ££. The government needs more taxes. In the future USA will legalize cocaine through tough restrictions. They legalized Mushrooms in some states. Keep it underground. Don’t let the pagans rape the herb!!!
