Solo sloop is getting absolutely destroyed. Scattershot from Brigs, Bone caller overwhelming cannons, wind caller so the bigger boat can always catch me, and grapple gun so I am constantly boarded by the bigger boat.........

The second they started talking about Season 14 I went "Oh Hitbo is going to LOVE this"

The horn, briggs and galleons were the first thing got in my mind as well.... and imagine that more players can use more horns and make a gallon unstoppable. I'm mostly a solo sloop player so that sound terrible for me

I agree a third equipment only slot would be so good. Reserved for harpoon gun, grappling hook, traps, or knife.

People are going to roll around with a crap ton of skeletons on their boat. “Let’s see how many we can spawn.” I wonder if there will be a limit.

blow dart 1 time use or you have to retrieve the dart. That'd be a decent solution, they have what they need to make the ammo grabbable now.

10:12 I mean, Have you seen the size of the actual harpoons? I think the eye of each of the only ones that could fit a harpoon in them. Does it make sense that a pirate would try to jam a harpoon down there musket in order to harpoon? Yes, at least in the sea of thieves. Do I see that happening in any other gun other than the blunderbuss? Not really, unless they decide to go with “because magic.” I like how the game at least has a semi realism, and at the very least gives a good reason as to why it’s something that shouldn’t happen makes sense like with the cannons being made out of a special/magic metal so you can squeeze yourself in. But then, again, I am also heavily biased towards flintlocks as well, and I’m not opposed to finding a way

Just got back into the game a couple weeks ago. Casual Xbox player and I’m stoked about the future of this game.

If the grapple isnt eye of reach they really need to rework the model. They very could be already and that design was a quick placeholder.

Everything looks like it'll be fun! maybe not balanced like the wind horn, but it'll definitely make for some fun interactions in the future. The harpoon gun on the other hand... thats just gonna break the game man.

Honestly, I'm surprised that the most concern seems to be the grapple gun. I think the Bone Caller is much more concerning, just the lag of people spamming these is gonna be nuts.

Harpoon gun is worst for me, the solo player with mediocre PVP skills. Now, not only the ladders, everything, and all I want is the loot.😮

All these changes are so AWESOME! The game really needed some change in the core mechanics to stay fresh.

Solo sloop vs multiple players is doable right now., but taking skill away by making it easy for bigger crew to board you makes it a big loss for solo. A solo can’t board when he needs to repair but bigger crew can.
