Never been a fan of Xiaomi, bought a Xiaomi in 2016, the company was taking the market by storm. But I found the experience severely underwhelming, to the point where I felt so frustrated with the phone that I decided never to buy a Xiaomi ever again. Now I was considering buying POCO as my secondary phone, but looks like they haven’t amended their ways. I won’t be surprised if the company goes out of business in a decade. A poor experience company cannot survive in such a competitive segment.

Finally someone said so much respect for you brother, shameful part is that well known creators who are at 1million+ mark bcz of us are not even supporting they simply ignoring we are not creators that we have 100s of phones laying one dead let put sim in other phones, I've lost 2 phone within a month one is note 7 & Poco m2 i just ignored the note 7 as it was 4 years old even i tried repairing it but what's more shameful thing is that phone dead while using WhatsApp video call the screen was perfectly well after giving that device for at cost of 6k i got call from S center your screen is also my ques is how I've given them motherboard issue only screen was fine now repair cost is 8k for 10k phone, with M2 i have to get it repaired because we don't have good phone in 6k price i was tight on budget that can't afford new all & all they've their prime customer who supported them since day one of their 1st phone MI 3 india now I'll not recommend & try my best to aware as much as i can.

I had my poco x3 since last 2 years had issue of restarting phone several times on its own, i thought its some softwere glitch and will resolve through some updates , last month i updated to miui 13 or 14 dont remeber but the restarting issue had gone even worser lastly 3 days ago phone was dead completely. Inshort it does'nt matter which model you have if it is a xiomi phone there is about 70% its going to be bricked

I using Realme X2 since 2019, first two years Pubg playing 8 hours a day with minimum 12 to 14 hours screen on time,, after two years i used it 10 hours screen on time 3-4 hours playing BGMI, till date no issues in my phone its running smoothly like a new phone. I just love Realme phones and waiting for Realme GT Neo 5SE, SD 7+2 Gen or GT Neo 5, SD 8+1 Gen...

I am using redmi note 9 have no issue infact after update phone become less jittery and smooth and I used to play games but still working fine. I think it is issue of compatibility because processor are powerful but motherboard is not that capable so it is creating issue so i suggest to buy phones which have similar (common )processor in that price range for example around 20k sd 695 is good

Hello sir, I have owned a redmi note 10 pro, It's just 1year 3month ago I , perches it , Now after update it's camera has been crushed, Both side , service center repair it but In just 2 month my device is totaly dead , And the service center told me it's mother Board had dead and for replacement it ,l have to pay to pay 9000 rupees Please 🙏 help me

My poco phone (x3 pro) dead. In Indonesia we call it matot. My sister buy poco f5 and already get problem with the phone not read the sim cards and no signals. But when she put in other phone like realme and infinix, it works just fine. So I make contact and Poco official store only respond to bring it to service center. It takes few days for them to responds after I give 1 star review. At sc, they make it harder to fix the phone. I ask for the letter to seller to replace the unit and still no respond. When we raise voice and ask for help in fb, the community just defend the brand. I mean it may good for you but not for everyone. It's gatcha phone. They keep saying that my sister is lying and never buy the phone. Evidence she has not that matter. We will never buy poco phone anymore. So many indo who defend this brand. All positive videos unlike Indians. Harsh critics will be taken as we attack them personally and not the company. Smh.
