G rap was the first rapper to use the heavy heavy multi syllable scheme and fathered both L and Puns styles. L had harder metaphores and punchlines then pun, a slower style of heavy multi syllable delivery that always built up to the punch... basically L's scheme is the modern outline and foundation for todays competitive battle rap scene. Pun was the heavy heavy multi syllable user that could also veer off into other formats effortlessly and still fit it in with that hard and fast heavy syllable scheme that was unmatched by both G rap and L delivery wise for the fact alone it was so rapid heavy and diverse. L and Pun were both very similar in style just as much as they were also not and completely unique in their own right. Fact is without KOOL G RAP developing the format for em, neither would even have existed to the degree they did

you right though on a lyrical level, but if UGK can collab with Kool G Rap and Big Daddy Kane ad still keep up lyrically(UGK-Next up), they would make a dope track either way
