Liza Rios sits down to talk to Ms. Drama about Big Pun's upcoming documentary. She also gets Liza to open up about the Abuse, living in a shelter, Fat Joe not giving back the money and Pun industry friends not sticking around.
She didn't know nothing but SPEND SPEND SPEND Fat Joe been told her get a job & open up 2 or 3 hairsalons after she told him she like doing hair. She just LAZY and kept thought ppl was goin keep helping her because she was Pun wife. But soon as everyone turned around she done uploaded ungodly video's of getting smacked up with a pistol. So after Joe cut her 2 checks he stop dealing with her flat out plus Nobody got paid after Pun died including the ppl who worked on the last album. So she did get support from ppl but got to thinking she was slick that's all.

I was raised by a single mother but I never had to live in a shelter cause she gave 9 hours a day of her life everday at a job she hated to keep me and my brother clothed and fed and still helped us with our homework and did her best to keep us off the street. Rule of thumb from mothers in this situation, you can't expect to feed your kids just by your man's legacy while you do nothing. You need to do what you need to do and support your kids and yourself.
I was a single mom and worked 2 jobs so I could support my mother who was taking care of my child. I made sure to be at mom's house from 6- 8 pm to put the child to bed. then I would help mom clean up and go to work from 11 pm to 8 am to be at my second PT job from 9 to 2. EVERY Day. 365 days a week. Keep a small apt in a nice neighborhood so my child could be in the best NYC school district. I worked hard and sacrificed much to keep my daughter safe and not be in a "SHELTER"
Everybody is different. And in her situation it was very different. She didn't have a job. She was a house wife. Her husband brought the income in. And when he passed what she was left with was with debt. And nothing. Which pretty much makes sense, why her and her kids were left homeless. Don't understand why, Pun didn't leave something to his wife's name or kids. That just shows how much he loved them.
We'll never know exactly how much she was supposed to get in royalties because the person in control of Pun's royalties is the same person she is claiming ripped her off (Fat Joe). I like Joe but if it's true what she's saying, then she did get ripped off. Less than 200k in royalties from a man that sold millions of records and basically created a multi-million dollar record company? Either she got robbed or Joe got robbed, but someone definitely got robbed.
Big Pun died young and died early on when he was starting to get famous. It's not as if he was worth $100 million. She can't expect Fat Joe to take care of her and her kids for the rest of their lives. It is not realistic.
Pun should've taken out an insurance policy especially since he was so fat, save money for his wife and children instead of "big body" Lexus, Mercedes Benz, and motorcycles

Big Pun was a good artist, RIP, but that is no excuse for domestic abuse. I think it said when artist pass away and their families squabbling over finances. I definitely feel is though the immediate family should receive proceeds went artist pass away, and I feel bad that she ended up in the shelter, but you have to take care of yourself as well.

In a documentary I seen here on YT, she admitted to feeling "relief" when he passed. If u ask me, she probably took her time calling 911 to get him help when she noticed he stopped breathing. There's something called a contract. I'm pretty sure Pun's estate was paid according to whatever contract he signed. She talks like she expects to be rich for the rest of her life off of Pun's work. Who's to say Pun would have good money if he was still alive. There are plenty of recording artists who had hits and are now broke.
