@@skillshunter my friend big Ramy used to be 310 he cut down to 290 shredded on stage shawn stage weight is 240 shredded theres a 50 pound difference between them two. For big ramy thats the best he can do theres a limit to such mass monster to get shredded otherwise he will die didnt you see his death face
