He clearly explained what No Kuts/being Kut meant..Being "Kut" means while you were in prison you disowned you're original gang to be apart of UBN (United Blood Nation) which is a collective of bloods in prison. They even make you sign "paper work" like a contract basically stating you are now loyal to UBN and not your original gang. "No Kuts" means while you were in prison you HELD DOWN your original gang and didnt choose to be apart of UBN even though they are a big prison gang. Basically the honorable thing to do is to live by the "No Kuts" code because being "Kut" is looked at as being disloyal to your hood..
