I love the Cicada for the ocean. I haven't used the battlestars but im sure they cast really good with this rod. I used the Duo Realis 140s and they cast pretty far. I believe they are about the same weight.
Fat mama. Looked like around 30. Nice catch n release. I think I had one bigger than that in pacifica left of the pier n I fawt for about an hr n it opened one of my hooks. Never got to see it
