The reason why the commercial buildings are having not enough customer complaints is because of how the amount of customers is calculated in Cities Skylines 2. The amount of customers is mostly about population density instead of population or how much people drive past the store. The only way that worked for me to remove the issue was to have higher density buildings. I wish someone would make a mod which would make the customer amount more realistic

Love the way the city is turning out! Two things I found out from playing is that the housing issues have to deal with either a homeless person or a child/student living in some random house alone. So you need higher density for them to have affordable houses the same issue is for commercial you need some higher density row houses/apartments right near them for it to clear up. So to solve both issues is higher density.

Idk tbh, since I have DLSS enabled now too but haven't experienced ghosting Edit: could be also because they are using DLSS 2.0 instead of the newer 2.X versions and 3.0

If you just zone the beach houses 3 or 4 deep in a blcok with that.. you will get two wide houses at the frontage for the most part normally. Or if you want super cheap small inner-city lots. You can zone two deep with a strip of unzoned in between. great place for an alley, though that's probably not very Florida?

@44:40 This spot would have been a great spot to set up for outdoor weddings. A gazebo at the top, with rows of chairs behind it. [edit] the campground shelter that is hemisphere instead of the gazebo actually, but again rows of chairs in front of it going back to the path.

I think the Better Bulldozer mod will allow you to remove fences and such from the in-game parking lots.

47:32 I would build a bridge off the islandy area of the park over to the mainland area. Right now, there's no walking path over there, plus that island area is a gigantic cul-de-sac which is a safety hazard if that area were to need to be quickly evacuated.

you can use the invisible pedestrian path then cover your custom path with dirt surfaces, that usually helps for me and its function. :)

I wonder if using the standard low density zoning for some of the "developments" would work well for giving them more contrasting styles to emphasis different developer look.

Have you tried making custom parking lots with invisible roads and surface painter mods? Thats personally something I would like to get good at as I think it would give me so much more freedom designing realistic cities.

You can make your own parkinglots using the dev tools surprisingly easily. And, with some light detailing, end up looks great.

Easiest way to get rid of the big lots is not to zone all the way back only zone 4 and under. Also can you please build cookie cutter homes.

nowhere in the world does typical parking lots look like that. I do not understand why they do things as they do, they shouldn't keep those asset makers on those jobs.
