Big Surprise when I bought a House at a Courthouse Foreclosure Auction - I'm going to take you on the first look with me a check out this house I bought as a real estate investment from an auction. I was in for a big surprise, normally when I buy at this type of sale I am not able to preview the property much if any and that was the case here, But, there were people living in the house so I figured the house is "livable" because people are literally living in it...and that was true but I was not expecting what I got...a smoker's house...with nicotine and all. Please check out this video and there will be a couple others on how I tackled this project as far as getting the smokers smell and nicotine stains taken care of.
