How is it disrespect, when this is his first year as a head coach?

Moore is a nobody, an unknown assistant coach. Compared to the other coaches in the Big Ten. Most people don't even know how to spell his first name

@@ericrussell9746 Interim head coach means nothing. 3 of the 5 were easy games. Moore was the head coach in only 4 of the 168 hours those weeks, Harbaugh was in COMPLETE control the other 164. The only things Moore had to worry about were the easiest decisions good head coaches make. Moore has yet to worry about an ENTIRE year of being a head coach, as opposed to just 20 hours out of 17000 in a year. He didn't have to worry about every player or every family member of every player. He didn't have to worry about TEAM recruiting. He didn't have to worry about the portals. He didn't have to worry about NIL. He didn't have to worry about raising 10's of millions of dollars. He didn't have to worry about coaches or players breaking rules. He didn't have to worry about boosters. He hasn't had to worry about the dozen or so things CEO head coaches have to worry about. He hasn't had to worry about running a $500 million corporation that a Top 10 program is. I wish him well, but you nor I have any idea how he will fare as the CEO of the Michigan football program. I agree. Riley made the playoffs in some bad big 12s, however Riley’s ceiling is higher because of his scheme. Franklin is the most basic coach ever. Zero offensive explosivity

@@jsmiles17 The roster isn't poor, but there's 10 new starters on offense which is a HUGE adjustment to the team. The schedule is significantly harder so I think 9-3 is a respectable first year for Moore.

@orangecrushhex I say 10-2 or 11-1 that Defense still elite. The offense is the ? Mark. If Orij takes off its gonna be another dominant season.

Before Michigan won their only National title played on the field, that took 26 years to get, There were 13 other schools that won at least 1. Alabama has won 6 and LSU 3. 5 have won 2, including Ohio State. Michigan IS NOT that special

Moore WAS NOT a real head in those games. Harbaugh was the guy in complete control of 164 of the 168 hours in those weeks. After this season is OVER, more will be known about Moore. YOU need to be fired for not doing research on the other coaches and wearing maize and blue glasses.

He's done the easy part, IF you are a REAL GOOD head coach. At the same time Moore has never had to worry about the TEAM recruiting picture. Never had to worry about raising 10s of millions of dollars. Never had to worry about NiL. Never had to worry about the Portals. Never had to worry about the dozen smaller CEO duties of today's Head Coaches. Never had to worry about the politics. He's never had to worry about being a CEO of a half million dollar corporation. You sound silly. Recruiting is a part of being a coach. Ryan Day was an OC. He has put at least 10 offensive players in the first round of the NFL. He's won nearly 90% of his games in 5 seasons. What are you talking about he's not a great coach? Your logic is flawed. There is no other HC in the B1G that has his resume, maybe Riley.

You can't coach shat. We''ll see how Moore does when he's responsible for 100% of the CEO duties AND 100% of coaching for a year. In the 3 games he replaced harbaugh last year he was only responsible for 10% of the coaching and ZERO % of the CEO responsibilities. I wish him well, after 5 years he will be as gray as Day is..,

You are clueless as are most Michigan Men. Recruiting is THE MOST IMPORTANt job of the head coach now. The coordinators and assistants have more responsibilities since the head coach NOW must be the CEO of the program. Which has become more like a $300 million corporation. Secondly, working the portals and managing NIL money come next. A lot of actual coaching and calling plays have been turned over to other coaches. BTW Harbaugh and his assistants couldn't coach until amazingly(wink) his last 3 years out of his 9 at Michigan. Then got out of town with his good soldier assistants. Harbaugh lost 11 games to Top 10 teams and lost 10 games to teams outside of the Top 10. Day's over all record isn't close to that bad in his 5 years
