I enjoy watching your videos. When I'm having an old man can't get around day, I will watch your videos and I get to live vicariously through your work. Thank you Chris. 👍😎❤️🙏🇺🇲
Your expertise in taking down trees on limited space is amazing. Luv watching the excavator clear out brush and trees. Thank u so much for video. God's blessings and don't let trees hit u!!!
I like listening to Chris. Wanders along in kind of a stream of conscious, then describes what's going on and then is just quiet. No need to fill every second with yammer.
Looking at that ground you could have done with a drop of rain, would have been easier if the ground was wetter to drop those big trees. As always a good job. 👍
Another Job - another House Lot to be cleared off Trees and Brush ! Hey - Big Trees - You love the Challenge ! Great Progress already ! Great Video and many Cheers from us in Australia !!!!
It hit St. Louis two days ago, so not really a sign just yet. We are suppose to be near eighty by the weekend after a high today in the forties. A cold blast warning of what is to come, but not long lasting yet. Really unusual for this before Halloween. Sure some pretty straight and clean logs there. Long way up to the first branches.
I’m amazed at just how much dirt is truly packed up into those rootballs, you can tell by how deep and wide the hole where they came from! I still enjoy watching you dig the dirt out from the root systems.
It's an absolute pleasure to watch you work with precision - to drop those trees within a confined area signifies many years of dedication, experience and learning. Had to laugh when Uncle John walked under the boom - know each other so well. Thanks LetsDig18.
Hay there Chris, hope all is well down on the farm. Talking about those “springy trees”. Here in southwest VA we have the same thing, always heard them called Shumate trees, never get very big and good for nothing but to grow a thicket and be in the way.
Lucky you don't have 80 year old Mountain Ash Gums to pull out; they are just massive!! Those pines are just babies compared to the MA monsters. However you and John do work so well together and are a pleasure to watch.
Yeah, that was a little tight getting threw there wasn't it.... I think you like it Chris, when there is a bit of a challenge, on getting trees like that down !! lolol... Keeps ya skill's up to par, Hell, looked like it went perfect !! They all fell pretty nice... Yeah, Unk John will get the rest of it knocked on out !! Great as always Man, Have a Great Evening, And , On too the Next...
Another nice vid watching Chris and his Uncle John clearing a house lot. Never gets boring. I don't know about others but I'd like to watch Chris handling a chainsaw. Just something different added in is all.
He’s done a few short clips of it before. He does fine….but setting up the camera to capture the video shots of him cutting wood (not to mention the additional time editing) doesn’t seem worth the effort. There’s a few other channels to get some good chain saw vids
Here we go again, climate changing towards winter. Not looking forward to the snow and ice. Dropped those trees right on target, you show off. Good video Chris.
I think it's time to make some shirts that have your ld18 logo on the front and something on the back with lettering that says timber! 😀 keep up the good work!
You have been running excavator a long time… we are redoing an undercarriage on a ec210cl. I have debated on changing pads to a single grouser dozer style. You have and pros or cons??? I do land clearing and demolition services
have you got Japanese Larch Trees in USA Here in UK a MTB Bike park called REVOLUTION BIKE PARK got to close permantly because those trees all got to be felled and sent for Biomass as trees got bad Disease
I'm going to have some trees removed to build a home. There are a few large oak, maple, pine and cedar tress. My question is will the contractor split the money from sale of the trees or will he keep all the money or subtract money made from my bill? Thanks in advance.
Normally it does not hardly turn a profit as this is not a effective way to harvest trees like normal logging operation. But it does cut down on dump fees and burning
Hey Chris Do you ever have stumps get stuck in the dump truck gate at the dumping site and if so, how do you get them out and do you have any videos of that?
You are getting a lot of nice sized logs off that lot, not to mention some nice sized holes in the ground when you knock them down. I think you are just a little out of practice on the timber routine, but I am sure it will come back.😉 thanks for the ride along sir.
Evening, all. I was here earlier when I first got the notification so came back to finish up this drop. Got rudely interupted by ribs and corn on the cob.😝 You're use to tight working quarters there, Chris. Nice job.
Chris, it is alike what You for Work have to make, it is a Event! To Day You have big Trees to fall. You beginning alway on the Right Side with the Roots to break, then left Side and then the Frond Side. Then can You with the Shovel the Trees in the Calculate Side to let fall. To succeed always. And at once filling You the Hole. However a Perfect Work. Gladden me of the next video 👌
