Big Trout Pulls My Rod In!! Ice Fishing Catch & Cook!! 

Dude your videos are genuinely helping me through such a rough patch in my life and I can’t thank you enough for the constant uploads you put out

Once at Crane Prairie in Oregon my woman's rod flew off the stump it was resting on. We could see the massive fish jumping out of the water at high speed away from us to the middle of the lake. A couple minutes later we see the fish jumping out of the water straight back towards us. It came close to shore and i casted out another fish pole and was able to hook the fishing line the fish was connected to. I was able to pull the massive fish on shore and then i was able to pull back in the fishing pole which was way out in the middle of the lake by this time. Epic experience!!!

Slayed them the past 2 days on those smoke colored tube jigs I sent you. Some really big tigers and cutthroats.

Need to get some rod holders so we don’t get more rods pulled down holes 😅

I lost a brand new rod last winter down a hole. Luckily my friend had a camera and we were able to retrieve it with another rod and hook. Sucks you lost your rod.

I always tape my rods to the rod holders while im ice fishing so even when a fish pulls it in it wont go through the hole.

You didn't need to in this case, but just saying if you run out of bait you can use the guts from the ones you kept as bait. If you don't believe me, try it some time. Would make an interesting video maybe.

Please tell me why some people catch and release so many fish? Don't get me wrong I love catch clean and cooks but why don't people catch more to take some home 🏡 to eat later? Question is this lake stocked? I really hate it when channels do catch and release videos, but at least you keep 2 of them. Glad it wasn’t your axe that fell through the ice hole. Rod/reels are replaceable, gifts from subscribers are not.
