highly recommended to tune / re-tune your car if you go from a diverter valve to a blow off valve, i choosen for the diverter valve from forge because i dont want the hassle, plus it keeps the turbo going if you leto ff the throttle so you have less lag. if not tune the car the car thinks the air of the turbo will be recirculated but it isnt so it can run rich or lean or goes crazy.

Nice build. Mine had the racingline intake combined with an atmospheric dumpvalve, FSW catback exhaust and a stage 1 tune. Made around 210BHP. But as I had a fair amount of issues with the chain, turbocharger magnetic clutch and transmission (manual) I always got worried it was about to break the engine itself. As many issues are about burned cylinderheads or failed compressiontests. Would not recommend it but curious how this will turn out.

how much power can these make with a bigger turbo? dont think ive seen anyone do much to the 1.4l engines

Hello i have a rocco 1.4 tsi caxa 122hp 2011 i am still learning about how things works so its abit confusing to me what is stage 1 ,2,3 . From what i look on web stage 1 is just some intake and touch on computer? Stage 2 is upgrading the turbocharger with one like from RTMG and swaping ignition coils and maybe exhaust ? 3 is like changing the clutch adding better intercooler ? What i see as stage 3 in RTMG as full pack is they offer dsg clutch which correct me if im wrong its automatic transmission while i have manual so i have to swap gearbox to ? Also even if i order that upgraded turbocharger wont fit unless i get that plate modified ? I know its a mess but cant find a single video that can explain it better i guess. Hope some clarifications can be listed thanks! Keep up with the videos !

1.4 The best you can do i think first strengthen the pistons.Because they are not good enough.

I also have the 125PS 1.4 Scirocco, any reason you didn't go for the 2.0? I still love taking my Scirocco around the Nordschleife but I wouldn't trust it being tuned, from what I heard they just fall apart. Not meant to be offensive, I'll be following your project with interest, best of luck!

Hi I have the golf 1.4 tsi 2014 manual I believe they are the same engine ish, I'm really interested in a build like this. I was wondering about the gearbox and clutch would they be able to handle this kind of power or will you be upgrading these too???

How many miles does your engine have on it? And I believe you have the 1.4 TSI that comes stock with 125BHP right? I have the slightly older version in my scirocco with stock 122BHP. Anyway I was wondering what price tag hangs on an upgrade like this. I look forward seeing more videos from your channel. Cheers!

I have the same engine scirocco with ea 211 with the same rtmg intake and I want to remap it ,it will go around 170hp ,do you think it will have any problems after the remap?
